Lycon Builds 159 Units Near Van Nuys Airport

The Lycon Group, based in Sherman Oaks, currently has four projects under construction for a total of 159 units, all within a one-mile radius of Van Nuys Airport.

The projects, on Haskell Avenue and Sherman Way, were designed by Sherman Oaks architects Magaro & Stockton and Lycon Development Corp. is the general contractor for all. Lycon said their value at completion will exceed $10 million.
