Grand Opening Under Way for Town Houses in Montclair

A grand opening of 14 single-level town houses is in progress for Phase 1 of Mission Homes, a 56-unit development by Emblem Development Corp., at 11050 San Rafael Way in Montclair.

The homes are priced from $95,950 to $101,950, plus a monthly homeowners association fee of $97. Three different floor plans, sized from 1,095 to 1,292 square feet, incorporate two or three bedrooms and two baths; all units have two-car garages with automatic door openers.

Special features include central air conditioning, security alarm systems, draperies, ceramic tile entries, fireplaces, family rooms, breakfast nooks, bath skylights and mirrored wardrobe doors in the master suites. Kitchens are equipped with microwave oven, ash cabinetry, garden window and other amenities.

Three model homes and sales office, managed by Dan Ashbrook & Associates, are open daily from 10 a.m. until dusk, except Fridays.
