TEL AVIV — An explosion in a shop in the southern port city of Ashdod on Tuesday wounded two people, Israeli radio reported. The state radio said police believe the explosion was an act of terrorism. The blast occurred in a store selling construction equipment in the city 25 miles south of here, the radio reported.
