Parade Group Repays Loan to Culver City
The Culver City Tournament of Roses Assn. has repaid the city $30,000 of the $35,000 that it borrowed last year to build a float for the Jan. 1 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena.
After receiving the payment, the City Council voted to forward the local parade association $75,000 to build next year’s float.
