Two Americans to Visit Hanoi for MIA Talks

WASHINGTON —
The State Department said Saturday that Richard Childress, a National Security Council staff member, and Ann Mills Griffiths, executive director of the National League of Families, will visit Hanoi starting today for three days of talks on Americans missing since the Vietnam War and on other humanitarian issues.
