Former Interior Secretary William Clark said he will practice law in Los Angeles while continuing to operate his ranch in San Luis Obispo County. Clark, a longtime friend of President Reagan, served as undersecretary of state and as White House security adviser before becoming secretary of the interior in 1983. He returned to private life last month. He will be working with the law firm of Rogers and Wells, of which former Secretary of State William Rogers is a senior partner.
