Sales Top $2 Million at Fairbanks Ranch

Escrows with a total value of $2,152,800 have closed on seven custom home sites in Phase 4 of Fairbanks Ranch, the 1,240-acre ranch on San Dieguito Road, Rancho Santa Fe, that belonged to the late actor Douglas Fairbanks. It is being developed as a private community by Watt Industries/San Diego Inc., a subsidiary of Santa Monica-based Watt Industries Inc., and Home Capital Corp.
