Buildable Home Sites Marketing Session Slated

The Foster-City American Real Estate Exchange (AMREX) will hold a marketing session on Friday at the Dunfey Hotel in San Mateo for home builders interested in buying buildable sites through a newly formed Home Builders Land Bank.

Through the land bank, more than 30,000 residential sites from Santa Barbara to the Oregon border will be offered.

After reviewing the inventory in the morning, builders interested in participating in the afternoon marketing session must register and pay $275 each.

A similar event is being planned for the Southern California market, but the date has not been set yet. When completed, the land bank is expected to have 60,000 to 100,000 buildable sites available.
