Corporate Realignment Announced by Developer

A major corporate realignment involving executive-level changes has been announced for the finances and construction of British and Continental Development Corp. of Los Angeles.

G. R. Coyle, whose career in the industry spans three decades including 12 years with the Cadillac Fairview organization, has been appointed executive vice president. During the last four years, Coyle has been senior vice president of Interland Corp. in San Mateo.

In the finance department, Keith Pippard has taken the helm as vice president. He left 20th Century-Fox Film Corp, where he served as a divisional controller.

Gerald McKenna remains as vice president of construction with the firm and Jose Novoa replaces Martin O’Neill as senior project coordinator.

John Lundin, president, assembled the new team to oversee the company’s active projects and to accommodate the planned expansion in the Southern California region.
