FIRM GIVES $100,000 TO ARTS CENTER
A $100,000 donation to the Orange County Performing Arts Center has been received from Ticor, the Los Angeles-based holding company for Ticor Title Insurance Co. and other firms.
The pledge was announced by Winston Morrow, president and chief executive officer of Ticor, and Henry Segerstrom, Center fund drive chairman.
More than $61 million has been raised for the complex, set to open in 1986 in Costa Mesa’s South Coast Plaza Town Center sector. The targets are $65.5 million for construction and $20 million for an endowment fund.
