Wang Labs said it will report lower earnings.

The Lowell, Mass-based firm said that continued “slower growth” in its business and the strong dollar will contribute to the lower fourth-quarter and full-year results for its fiscal year ending June 30. Separately, Wang said it has reached an agreement with New York-based Nynex Corp. to market its products to business customers in New England. The two firms said their three-year agreement is valued at $65 million, adding that Nynex’s Business Information Systems unit would offer Wang’s complete line of computers and other integrated information-processing products.
