Philip D. Estridge, who guided the production of International Business Machines Corp.’s best-selling personal computers, was named to head IBM’s worldwide manufacturing operations.
William C. Lowe was named to succeed Estridge as president of the Entry Systems division, which is in charge of Armonk, N.Y. -based IBM’s personal-computer family.
