U.S. General Confers With Qatar Prince

DOHA, Qatar —
Crown Prince Hamad ibn Khalifa al Thani, prime minister of Qatar, held talks Sunday with Gen. Robert Kingston, commander in chief of the U.S. Central Command, U.S. Embassy officials announced.
Kingston, who is based in Florida, had already visited Bahrain and is due to go to the United Arab Emirates and Oman today, they said.
