New Head of GSA Nominated

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will nominate Terence C. Golden, an assistant secretary at the Treasury Department, to head the General Services Administration, the government’s housekeeping agency, the White House said today.
Reagan also will nominate A. James Barnes as deputy administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, a White House statement said. Barnes has been the EPA’s general counsel since 1983.
