Airport Plaza Bought by Investment Firm

The Montgomery Airport Plaza office building at 3665 Kearny Villa Road, San Diego, has been purchased for $9,925,000 by M. A. P. Ltd., a Los Angeles real estate investment firm.
The five-story brick building, erected three years ago, is 75% leased. Purchase negotiations for the seller, Montgomery Plaza of Mission Valley, and the buyer were handled by the downtown San Diego office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
