College Fair Scheduled: Representatives from more than 40 universities and colleges, mostly from California, will be at Saddleback College North on Thursday for its fourth annual College Fair. The event, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., is designed to help students at the community college, as well as those from local high schools, make choices about future educational plans. Several private colleges and universities, including USC, Pepperdine University, Chapman College and Hawaii Pacific College, will have representatives at the fair providing information on registration, financial aid, housing, academic planning and scholarships.
