Thomas R. McCartin has joined Dallas-based Criswell Development Co. as senior vice president and president and chief executive of its Criswell Marketing Co. division. He is a former publisher and president of the Dallas Times Herald, which is owned by Los Angeles-based Times Mirror Co., and most recently was president and chief executive of Times Mirror National Marketing in New York.
