Bell flower Apartments Sold for $17 Million

Small World Apartments, a 296-unit apartment complex at 14500 McNab Ave. in Bellflower, has been sold for $17 million, according to business Properties Brokerage Co., which represented the buyer in the transaction.

American residential Properties of boulder, Colo., bought the property from 14500 McNab Associates, a Los Angeles-based general partnership represented by Investors Mortgage Realty of Los Angeles.
