Glendora
Big Dalton Canyon Campground, a new four-acre recreation site within the large city-owned park in the San Gabriel Mountain foothills in Glendora’s northeast area, has been completed for overnight campers. The campground has a bridge, amphitheater, fire ring, picnic tables, cooking facilities and restrooms. The improvements were made with a state grant under the California Parklands Act of 1980. A dedication ceremony is set for noon May 10.
