A joint midnight operation by sheriff’s deputies and Los Angeles narcotic detectives netted four suspects and enough material to make PCP worth $1 million in street sales, a police spokesman said. The raid at a remote dwelling on Munz Ranch Road in the small community of Fairmont netted 15 pounds of illegal chemicals. Arrested and booked for attempted manufacture of PCP were Joseph Lewis Jett, 29, Peter Coley, 28, his brother, John Coley, 24, and Raymond Jackson, all of Los Angeles. The four suspects were held in lieu of $100,000 bail each.
