22 Dead in China Quake

PEKING —
At least 22 people were killed and more than 300 injured by an earthquake that rocked China’s southwestern Yunnan province, the official New China News Agency said Saturday. The agency said the Thursday temblor, which measured 6.3 on the Richter scale, also destroyed many homes, schools and other buildings.
