Condominium Project Opens at Sierra Resort

Winterset, a 34-unit condominium development nearing completion at the eastern Sierra ski resort of Mammoth Lakes, 300 miles north of Los Angeles, is holding its grand opening this week. The complex is located on Meridian Boulevard near Old Mammoth Road.
Prices range from $125,900 to $155,900 for the two- and three-bedroom, two- and three-bath plans. Features include custom woodwork in every room, vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplaces, carpeting, cedar-paneled walls, oak cabinets, wood deck, ceramic tile, microwave oven and trash compactor.
