PEN PALS--Tongue firmly in cheek, Ohio Gov. Richard F. Celeste asserted, “We have an abandoned penitentiary, as well as numerous savings and loans that have been abandoned over the past year.”

He was pitching Ohio locations last weekend during a reception for the Ohio Film Commission at 20th Century Fox. He added that “if you need ordinary people, Ohio has the most ordinary-looking people in the world.”
