Illegal Aliens

Share

That law and justice are often mutually exclusive was again illustrated in the adjudication by a trial judge of a recent lawsuit--illegal aliens no longer have to pay non-resident tuition fees to attend any of our state universities.

Five aliens illegally entered the United States, remained here illegally for years, ran through our school system, then filed suit against the University of California to gain status as legal California residents for the purpose of paying reduced fees ($1,300) to enroll in a state university.

Meanwhile, a native-born American from Arizona must pay $3,600 to attend the same school, while a million foreign nationals wait patiently for their turn to enter the United States legally. This is justice? No, it’s simply California law.
