Accused Parking Receipt Thief Enters Innocent Plea

BROOKLINE, Mass. —
A bank employee accused of skimming at least $200,000 from the town’s parking meter receipts pleaded innocent Monday to larceny. Carol E. Young, 35, of Brockton, was released on her own recognizance by District Judge Francis J. Doyle, pending her next court appearance May 14.
