It took a couple of days to find him, but a laid-off mechanic from Inglewood now has collected the grand prize--$1,000 a week for life--in the “Instant 21” Arizona Lottery game. Angie Freeman, Arizona Lottery spokeswoman, said Joseph Brown, 29, contacted the office in Phoenix after learning he won the grand prize in Monday’s drawing in Tucson. Freeman said lottery officials had a difficult time locating their top winner because Brown had moved from Venice, the residence listed on the winning ticket. Brown was the only one of the five winners who did not attend the drawing.
