EEC Electronics Concerns Press for Trade Barriers

Officials at NV Philips, the giant Dutch electronics company, said the European Assn. of Consumer Electronics Manufacturers has asked the Common Market to impose a standardized import duty of more than 14% on Japanese consumer electronics products.
