A Superior Court judge ordered the San Francisco Police Commission to re-examine the firings of two policemen allegedly involved in a sex scandal at a fellow officer’s academy graduation party. The judge ruled that the commission should have heard testimony from the two officers, Joe Hession and Peter Belestreri, before firing them. Hession and Belestreri were accused of taking part in hiring a prostitute to perform an oral sex act on a handcuffed rookie as others looked on at a party last year. The two officers have demanded their jobs back.
