Firm Discloses Major Lease
McLaughlin & Irvin, a national labor relations firm, has leased 20,000 square feet of office space in the Grand Financial Plaza, under construction at 8th Street and Grand Avenue, for a long term at an aggregate rental of about $5 million.
The 22-story, 434,495-square-foot building, being developed by Houston-based Treptow Development Corp., is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 1986. McLaughlin & Irvin was represented by Cushman Realty Corp. and Treptow by Coldwell Banker.
