Reichhold Completes Its Beatrice Unit Takeover

Reichhold Chemicals said it completed the previously announced acquisition of the adhesives and wax coatings business of Beatrice Cos. for a cash price of $53.7 million, plus the assumption of certain debt obligations.

Reichhold said the newly acquired business, now known as Swift Adhesives, will be managed on a stand-alone basis.
