White House Intruder to Answer Trespass Charge

DENVER —
A water meter reader arrested after he sneaked into the White House with the Marine Band on the eve of the Inauguration was ordered Tuesday to return to Washington to answer charges of trespassing. U.S. Magistrate Donald Abram ordered Robert Latta, 45, to appear in court May 16.
