Adolph Coors Co. announced a corporate reorganization of the parent company and its subsidiaries.
The new structure creates an office of the chairman to which the brewing company’s president reports. It includes Bill Coors, chairman, and Joe Coors, vice chairman.
Under the new structure, all Coors companies and subsidiaries will be divided into two major operating divisions--corporate and brewing.
Jeff Coors has been named president of the parent company and will direct the activities of the corporate division.
The brewing division will be headed by Peter Coors, formerly president of sales, marketing and administration. He will report to his brother Jeff.
