Keith C. Zajic was appointed vice president-business affairs of Columbia Pictures’ music group, Burbank.

Tom Molter has been appointed vice president-sales and marketing of Marina del Rey-based Anes Electronics and its subsidiary, Senaco, manufacturers of auto products.

Harold L. Kaminsky has been appointed vice president and general merchandise manager-men’s, young men’s, boys’ and children’s for the Broadway-Southern California, Los Angeles.

A. William Krenn has been appointed vice president-corporate and financial relations and Richard Funess has been named vice president of the Los Angeles office of Manning, Selvage & Lee Inc., a public relations firm.

Pannell Kerr Forster, a major accounting firm based in Los Angeles, promoted James E. Burba to principal from manager. Also, Stephen P. Kunkel was named a partner in the firm.

Carter Hawley Hale Stores’ market services division in New York named 13 new divisional vice presidents. They are Arlene Beberman, Marjory Buchanan, Glynis Edmunds, Stephanie Emanuel, James Fulton, Alyce Goodman, JoAnn Miller, Mary Ann Milsop, Dana Reed, Barbara Schuberth, Justin Wheating, Laurie Wilson and Neil Wilson.

The market services division provides centralized buying for the Los Angeles-based retailer, develops private-label goods and performs marketing research.

Carter Hawley operates the Broadway, Neiman-Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Emporium Capwell and other chains.

CALIFORNIA

Berkeley-based Tera Corp. named R. Stephen Heinrichs chairman and chief executive as part of a corporate restructuring. He is also vice president-finance of Teknekron Industries Inc., Tera’s largest shareholder. Robert W. Felton will continue as chairman and was named chief operating officer. John J. Flavio Jr. was named chief financial officer, succeeding Jerry M. de St. Paer.
