Builder Extends Sales Office Hours at Four Projects

A Southland builder is taking advantage of daylight savings time to extend sales office hours at four developments, beginning today.

“We’ve decided to extend our office hours until 7 p.m. on Sunday and 8 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday nights,” Hal Milliken, vice president of Lowy Development Co., Los Angeles, said.

The hours apply to Monterey Woods in Thousand Oaks, Stonegate Townhomes in Rancho Cucamonga, Parc Chateau in Upland and Colony Park in Azusa. All are condominium or town house developments except for the single-family Upland project.
