Federal drug agents said in Dallas that after a five-month investigation they have cracked an international drug smuggling ring with the indictment of 11 persons, including the operator of a Dallas oil company. Among those arrested were the owner of the company, Joe Bill Bennett; two employees, a housewife and the vice president of an Austin-based insurance company, officials said.
