Mark F. Harryman has been hired as vice president, sales and marketing, for the Watson Land Co., Carson. He joins the firm from the Irvine Co. where he served as manager of marketing and sales.

H. George Marshall has been selected as the new executive vice president to the San Diego Board of Realtors. He is a former executive vice president of the Jefferson County Board of Realtors in Lakewood, Colo. Charles Warner Oakley has been named vice president of John Carl Warnecke & Associates. He will continue as director of design and director of business development for the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Richard D. Rollnick has been appointed senior vice president of investments for the Lee Sammis Co.; he had previously served as senior vice president for Grubb & Ellis’ Real Estate Investment Banking Group.
