Nineteen net sales, a record, were reported in March at Stanford Court, a 136-unit Cape Cod-style town house development by Century American Corp. in Anaheim. Since the opening of the project located between Brookhurst and Euclid streets, more than half the units have been sold.
A one-week camp-out in Irvine resulted in the sale of 44 Princeton Townhomes, a town house development adjoining UC Irvine. The 286-unit project is being developed by Irvine Pacific in University Town Center, a community being developed by the Irvine Co.
With an average of five units sold per week, Woodhaven Country Club in Palm Desert, a resort development by Woodhaven Developers Inc., is reportedly the fastest selling project in the desert. Three plans ranging in size from 1,301 to 1,790 square feet are offered from $109,950.
Nearly 50% of the 52 units in the fourth increment of Mystic Place in the Southridge planned community in Fontana were sold during the first weekend, according to a spokeswoman for Kaufman & Broad Inc., developers of Mystic Place and two other projects in Southridge.
