Immunogenetics Sale of Unit Is Completed

VINELAND, N.J. — Immunogenetics Inc. said it completed the sale of its Ideal Instruments division to a subsidiary of Neogen Corp.
The company said funds from the sale of Ideal Instruments will have a positive effect on Immunogenetics’ balance sheet and income statement, and will be used to retire debt.
