500 Evacuated After Train Carrying Chlorine Derails

KITTRELL, N.C. —
Authorities Saturday asked 500 persons to evacuate their homes as workers removed a chlorine-filled tanker car that derailed a day earlier along with six other cars. No one was injured in the accident, which was thought to have been caused by an air hose that disconnected, suddenly engaging the brakes.
