Industrial Building Bought in South Gate

Owens-Corning Fiberglass Corp. has purchased and occupied a 109,065-square-foot building on seven acres at 4500 Ardine St. in South Gate.

The $2.2-million transaction was negotiated for both parties by the Daum Corp.
