Quake Jolts Yugoslavia

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia —
A strong earth tremor Monday shook an area around Tolmin, a northwestern Yugoslav town near the border with Italy, causing panic but no casualties or damage, seismological stations reported. The tremor measured 5 degrees on the 12-point Mercalli scale, which shows the effect of a quake rather than its strength.
