Train Collision in India Kills 37

NEW DELHI —
Two trains collided head-on today near the Taj Mahal, killing at least 37 people and injuring 100, the Press Trust of India reported. It was not immediately known if any of the victims were foreigners.
The news agency said at least 40 passengers were in serious condition and others were trapped in the wreckage near India’s foremost tourist attraction. The Chattisgarh Express was leaving the station in Agra when it was hit by a freight train, the agency said.
