Bomb in Argentina

BUENOS AIRES —
A bomb exploded Wednesday in the court building of Rosario, Argentina’s second largest city, wounding two bomb squad members who were trying to defuse it, the official news agency Telam said. It said an anonymous caller alerted police to the presence of the bomb in the city, 180 miles northwest of Buenos Aires.
