Hillsdale Ranch, a Warmington Homes development in Chino Hills, opens today with 20 in a total of 100 single-family homes scheduled for first move-ins this month.

Priced from $119,990 to $145,000, the houses are available in three floor plans with three and four bedrooms, two to three baths and 1,450 to 2,000 square feet of space in one- or two-story configurations.

Among the features in each home are a family room, dining area, two- or three-car garage, master-bedroom suite, and secondary bedrooms that can be transformed into dens, game rooms or nurseries.

The sales office and models, decorated by Country Life Interiors, are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Altura Avenue off Tern Street. The project may be reached from the Carbon Canyon Road exit of the Corona Expressway.
