Computer Sciences Corp., El Segundo, received a $9.8-million contract to process health claims under the U.S. Department of Labor’s black-lung program. With annual renewal options, the contract could eventually total $38.3 million, the company said.

National Pay Telephone Corp., Encino, in agreement with Vista-United Telecommunications Inc., will install public telephones at Walt Disney World and adjacent hotels in Florida where Vista-United is the local operating company.

Vista-United is a joint venture by Walt Disney Productions and United Telecommunications Inc. Terms weren’t disclosed.

Los Angeles-based National Medical Enterprises Inc. has acquired a 485-bed regional medical center and a 17-story medical office building in Singapore for undisclosed terms.

ITT Corp. said it reached a preliminary agreement to sell its Pennsylvania Glass Sand Corp. unit to U.S. Borax & Chemical Corp., Los Angeles. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Lorimar Inc., Culver City, said it acquired Syndivision Corp. of Sherman Oaks. Terms were not disclosed.

Bergen Brunswig Corp., Los Angeles, said it acquired the pharmaceutical distribution operations of Davis Bros. Drug Co., Denver, for an undisclosed amount of cash.
