Psychology School to Get New Campus

The California School of Professional Psychology has signed a 10-year, $2.8-million lease as sole tenant of a project to be developed by Dalen-Enz & Associates of La Jolla. Dalen-Enz was represented by Iliff, Thorn & Co.
Dalen-Enz bought the 70,000 square-foot site near Carroll Canyon and Brown Deer roads in the Miramar area of San Diego form Wimpey/GEntry, a California general partnership, for $735,000 and plans to develop a 22,000-square-foot facility to be completed by the school as its new San Diego Campus.
