Only one of the 21 suspected gang members arrested in last Friday morning’s outbreak of violence at Six Flags Magic Mountain amusement park will be prosecuted on a felony count, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said. Samuel Trujillo, 18, of San Fernando, suspected of kicking a female security guard in the head, pleaded not guilty in Newhall Municipal Court to a single count of assault with a deadly weapon. His preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 8 and he was held in lieu of $2,000 bond. Of the others arrested in the three-gang clash during which four security guards and six gang members were injured, 13 people were charged with trespassing, one was held on a parole violation, and six were released without charges due to lack of evidence.
