Mid-Wilshire Office Building Topped Out

The 18-story. $35-million Metroplex Wilshire, 3530 Wilshire Blvd., has been topped out and is scheduled for completion next April.

Richard E. Oglesby, vice president of Business Properties Development Co., the developer, said the building will contain 422,213 gross square feet, with 22,092 square feet of rental space per floor. Langdon Wilson Mumper Architects of Los Angeles designed the tower and Tutor-Saliba Corp., Sylmar is the contractor.
