A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Roger D. Stockham, 38, of Westminster for planting a pipe bomb at Nevada’s Reno-Cannon International Airport. The FBI said Stockham used several false names in the past. Among them was Roger Hemaredin, a name similar to one given to a newspaper by a caller who claimed responsibility for the bomb. The explosive device was found in a trash can outside the front of the airport by a janitor before the caller contacted the newspaper. It was disarmed before it exploded.
