John Ritter, Harry Morgan and James Earl Jones are the voices of the principal characters in “The Flight of Dragons,” a two-hour animated movie to air on ABC. It’s about a young man (Ritter) who is transported back in time and gets caught in a battle between a good wizard (Morgan) and an evil one (Jones).

CBS’ four-hour musical version of “Alice in Wonderland,” set to air next season, will be riddled with stars in cameo appearances. Among them: Shelley Winters, Karl Malden, Eydie Gorme, Steve Lawrence, Patrick Duffy, Donna Mills, Harvey Korman and Jonathan Winters. Alice will be played by Natalie Gregory.

Bruce Boxleitner of “Scarecrow and Mrs. King” has gone to Singapore to make a movie for CBS. It’s called “Passion Flower” and casts him as a banking executive who gets involved with a married woman (Barbara Hershey) and plots to kill her father (Nicol Williamson) in a way that will implicate her husband (John Waters).

George Clooney, the son of KNBC Channel 4 news anchor Nick Clooney, will have a recurring role on “The Facts of Life” next season. He’ll be seen in the NBC comedy as a contractor who is hired to rebuild Charlotte Rae’s shop after it is destroyed by fire.

Comedian Wil Shriner will make weekly appearances on NBC’s “TV’s Bloopers and Practical Jokes” next season. According to the network, his segment will feature homemade films and private movies relating to Hollywood.

Bob Barker and Joan Van Ark will host the 1985 “Miss Universe Pageant,” scheduled to air July 15 from Miami on CBS. Among the judges will be performers Simon MacCorkindale, Susan George and Christopher Atkins, choreographer June Taylor and Lorraine Downes, Miss Universe of 1983. The U.S. entry is Laura Elena Herring of El Paso, Tex.

Kenny Rogers has made “Wild Horses,” a TV movie for CBS. Filmed in Sheridan, Wyo., it features him as a former rodeo champion who joins a wild horse roundup. Also starring are Pam Dawber, Ben Johnson, Richard Masur, Karen Carlson, David Andrews and Richard Farnsworth.
